  • 7 quarts plain popped corn
  • 2 cups slivered almonds (or other nuts)
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
