  • 1 cup whole milk

  • Fresh herbs (thyme, basil, dill, chives)
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 ounces brie cheese
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9-inch tart pan. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sesame seeds, and salt. Add grated butter; mix until crumbly. Gradually add cold water until dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough and fit it into the tart pan. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Pre-bake the crust for 15 minutes with pie weights; then lower oven temperature to 325°F.
  5. Whisk together eggs, milk, yogurt, herbs, salt, and pepper for the filling.
  6. Assemble by layering asparagus pieces and brie in the crust. Pour filling over top.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until set in the center.
