Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.

  6. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet with space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden around the edges and set in the center.
