  • 1 and 2/3 cups blueberries

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugars, and lemon zest.
  3. Incorporate cold butter until crumbly; then add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the pan to form the crust.
  5. For the filling, blend cream cheese, mascarpone, sugars, corn starch, and eggs until smooth.

  7. Add remaining cheesecake mixture and finish with leftover crumb topping.
