  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Cook onions for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a separate pot, boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
