  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool on a towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread some Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Fill each noodle with about 1/4 cup of the mixture and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in the dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
