  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Chipotle chili powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients (maple syrup, orange juice, preserves, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard) in a bowl. Reserve some for glazing.
  2. Combine spices in a small bowl; add to the chicken marinade and mix well.
  3. Marinate chicken in a large freezer bag for 2–6 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temp reaches 165°F).
