  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and scramble the egg mixture until cooked through but still soft. Set aside.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; then chop into small pieces.
  5. Assemble sliders by placing the bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish, layering with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and more cheese before adding the tops of the rolls.
