  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Ranch salad dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Gather and finely chop the turkey bacon, green onions, and jalapeño.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, chopped turkey bacon, green onions, jalapeño, Ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, whole milk, buttermilk, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, and fresh dill until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and gently fold to combine.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before covering the bowl with plastic wrap.
