  • 24 graham crackers
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can (12 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice

  2. Butter and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor, crumble the graham crackers. Add sugar and melted butter; pulse until combined.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
