  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef with eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine cooked macaroni with shredded cheddar cheese until evenly coated.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the meat mixture at the bottom, followed by the macaroni cheese mixture, then top with the remaining meat mixture.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes; remove the foil during the last few minutes to achieve a golden brown crust.
