  • 34 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Spices: smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Season steak with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Halve baby potatoes; set aside.
  3. Sear seasoned steak in olive oil until browned; transfer to crockpot.
