  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 package cheese-filled ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain.
  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the beef mixture, half of the cooked ravioli, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
