  • 4 imitation crab sticks, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons kewpie mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash the cucumber and slice it in half lengthwise. Cut into thin half-moons and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped imitation crab sticks and cubed avocado to the bowl with cucumbers. Gently mix to avoid mashing the avocado.
