  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water; let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil; stir to form a sticky dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Fill muffin cups with dough, about ¾ full.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top; sprinkle with rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
