  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • Juice and zest of 2 large lemons
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dried basil
  • 11/2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 11/2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dried basil, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried oregano, and ground white pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  2. Pour the marinade over your choice of steaks in a resealable bag or bowl. Seal tightly and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove steaks from the marinade and let them rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  4. Grill steaks for approximately 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness (135°F internal temperature). Let rest before serving.
