  • 12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon banana ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (minced)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Pompeian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, banana ketchup, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, spacing evenly.
  5. Preheat the grill over medium heat and brush skewers lightly with olive oil.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
