  • Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices crusty bread (sourdough or ciabatta)
  • Butter or olive oil for toasting

Instructions
