  • 4 bone-in beef chops (1-inch thick)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
  2. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chili powder and cumin, cooking until fragrant. Slowly stir in thawed pineapple concentrate and simmer until reduced to about 2 tablespoons.
