  • 20 oz beef steak (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
  • 8 oz mushrooms, washed and air-dried
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vege-Sal or salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1.5-inch cubes and place them in a large Ziploc bag.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; pour the marinade over the steak.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for one hour.
  4. While marinating, wash the mushrooms and let them air-dry.
  5. After one hour, add the mushrooms to the bag and marinate for another hour.
  6. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  7. Thread steak and mushrooms onto skewers.
  8. Grill kabobs for about 3-4 minutes per side or until medium-rare is reached.
  9. Allow kabobs to rest briefly before serving with chopped parsley on top.
