  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground fennel

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into 1/2 inch slabs and press gently between towels to remove excess moisture.
