  • 1 ½ lbs top sirloin
  • ½ cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 lbs pineapple
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the top sirloin into 1-1/2-inch cubes and marinate in Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade for at least three hours.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Chop the red and green peppers, red onion, and pineapple into large pieces.
  4. Toss vegetables and pineapple with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Thread steak, vegetables, and pineapple onto skewers, alternating them.
  6. Grill on medium-high heat until beef reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF and veggies are tender, basting with extra marinade as desired.
