Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh basil (or dried)
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano (or dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange cherry tomatoes at the bottom of the dish, then drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the feta block on top of the tomatoes, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and sprinkle fresh herbs over it.
