  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices thick-cut turkey
  • 1 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (consider flavored varieties)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of each roll. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy turkey
  5. Place sliders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
