  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • Optional: 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet while sealed in a Ziploc bag.

  3. Marinate the chicken in the remaining mixture for at least 1 hour.
