  • 2 pounds lean beef (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Spices: onion powder, garlic powder, steak seasoning, dried thyme, dried oregano
  • Black pepper and bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Trim visible fat from the beef and cut into 2-inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef stock, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, steak seasoning, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and bay leaves.
  3. Place beef cubes in a Ziploc bag and pour in the marinade. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight for enhanced flavor.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove kabobs from marinade and thread onto skewers.
  5. Grill kabobs for approximately 8-10 minutes for rare or up to 12-15 minutes for medium doneness, turning occasionally.
  6. Allow kabobs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
