  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded mozzarella, most turkey pepperoni, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining turkey pepperoni.
