  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and set aside.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cut cinnamon rolls and shake until evenly coated.
  4. In a bowl, mix brown sugar with melted butter until combined.
  5. Layer half of the coated rolls in the bundt pan, drizzle half of the brown sugar mixture over them, then add the remaining rolls and drizzle with the rest of the mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate and drizzle with reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin pie spice.
