  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened, flaked coconut
  • One 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until sandy.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9×13 inch baking pan.
  4. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top and swirl gently.
  6. Layer with coconut flakes and chopped pecans; press down slightly.
  7. Scatter semisweet and white chocolate chips on top.
