  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound them to about ½ inch thick. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, feta cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and optional red pepper flakes until well mixed.
