  • Juice from 1 medium lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 7-ounce container Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and place them in a Ziploc bag.
  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and spices in a bowl. Pour over the chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Combine Greek yogurt with minced garlic and lemon juice for the sauce.
  4. Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Let the chicken rest before slicing and serve with garlic yogurt sauce and chopped parsley.
