  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, cut provolone cheese into circles using a cookie cutter.
  6. Once baked, place cheese circles on each meatball and top with an olive slice.
  7. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts slightly.
  8. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; heat marinara sauce in another pot.
  9. Combine cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce and serve topped with spooky meatballs.
