Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lbs top sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1 lb baby yellow potatoes, quartered
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F/220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the steak cubes, quartered potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Cut four pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil (18×12 inches each) and divide the mixture among them. Top each packet with cubed butter.
  4. Seal the packets tightly to prevent steam from escaping.
  5. Grill the packets for about 10 minutes on one side; flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked to your liking.
  6. Carefully open the packets (watch out for steam) and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
