  4. Shape mixture into meatballs (about 1/4 cup each) and chill for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat; brush meatballs with olive oil.
  6. Grill meatballs for about 15 minutes, turning every two minutes until cooked through.
