  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon (divided)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup + 2 tablespoons
  • ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Clean and slice sweet potatoes into ½-inch rounds.
