  • 1 large Egg
  • 3/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise, then cut each half into sticks about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Pat the zucchini sticks dry with paper towels.
  4. In one bowl, beat the egg; in another, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, then coat it with the parmesan mixture.
  6. Arrange coated sticks on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  8. For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes.
