  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, Kosher salt, onion powder, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
